01. Acceptance of Agreement & Global Scope

03. AI Scraping & Automated LLM Mining Prohibition

• Strict LLM Training Ban: No automated bot, spider, scraper, or AI agent may access, extract, or index ZyvenPress content for training Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning datasets, or generative AI engines without an executed commercial licensing contract.
• Technical Directives: Automated crawlers must strictly obey robots.txt directives and server rate-limiting rules. Any systematic bypass of technical rate limits constitutes a violation of these terms and unauthorized computer access.

04. Community Discussion & Reader Conduct

ZyvenPress provides public engagement spaces, including opinion forums, article comments, and letter-to-editor submissions. To foster constructive, respectful discourse, all readers agree to adhere to standard community rules:

• Prohibited Content: You may not post defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or discriminatory comments regarding race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Zero Tolerance for Spam: Advertising unauthorized commercial products, referral affiliate schemes, or repetitive automated messages is strictly forbidden.

• Subscription Management: You may unsubscribe from any newsletter dispatch at any time via the 1-click unsubscribe link embedded in the email footer.
• Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify our desk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Right of Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in security tampering, or repeatedly abuse community guidelines.

08. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Takedowns
